Ownership & Companies - Fixed ownership able to exceed 100% (the 155% stake bug). - Buybacks on a company you control can no longer inflate your stake past full ownership. - Spinoffs are now capped at one per company. - Companies only spin off a unit when it would be viable on its own, with enough assets, in a different sector. - Merged and liquidated hedge funds are now removed from the rankings and replaced with fresh funds. - Liquidating a subsidiary you operate now actually closes it instead of keeping it around. Nested Subsidiaries (new) - You can now nest a subsidiary under another subsidiary. - The new unit draws its seed capital from the parent wallet. - The entity list indents to show the nesting structure. - Added a Nest Under Selected button. - Liquidating a parent safely reparents its children. Financial Statements - Fixed the broken derivation that showed absurd margins (the 3669% gross margin). - Margins now come out realistic across all companies (roughly 45% gross, 20% operating, 14% net on a typical name). - The monthly view is now labeled MONTHLY (est.) with a note explaining it is the quarterly figure divided by three.
