This hotfix addresses two specific issues that yesterday's 1.4.0 Game Update unfortunately broke. There were thousands of changes in 1.4.0 and while we diligently test these updates, some things unfortunately slip. We apologize for any frustration caused. Hotfix NotesFixed an issue where players were unable to progress The Park Resonant quest because eating the Mold (required quest step) became impossible.Fixed Dash canceling while using Elevate: The issue here was that while fixing a bug related to movement, we inadvertently broke the momentum from dashing carrying over to Surge. We apologize for this and lets... move on.

Game Update 1.4.0 NotesHello. We hope you are having a great time with CONTROL Resonant. We have been very happy with the game's stability and overall technical performance during the launch window, based on the feedback we've received and the data we are seeing. However, there's always more to improve and fix, especially in a game of this size and ambition. Many things are much easier to see now that so many people are playing. Game Update 1.40 brings many bug fixes for problems you likely never saw, fixes issues you have encountered, and adds additional polish across the game. The update notes don't list every fix, but rather the ones we think make a difference for players. Or are just plain funny. The criteria keep changing as we go.
