Over the past week, we’ve seen an incredible outpouring of love for Polyarc, Moss, and especially Quill. We’ve read your stories about discovering Moss for the first time, introducing Quill to friends and family, and the moments from her adventures that have stayed with you. It has meant more to us than we can easily put into words. We’ve also seen some understandable questions about what our recent message means for Polyarc and our games. To clarify: while active development at Polyarc is winding down, we’ll continue to keep our existing games available for as long as we can. Our Moss games are still available for longtime fans to revisit and new players to discoverMoss, Moss: Book II, and Moss: The Forgotten Relic remain available on their respective platforms. We intend to keep these games accessible to longtime fans and new players alike, although our ability to provide ongoing updates and support will be more limited going forward.A lot has changed at Polyarc through the years, and many incredibly talented people have had a hand in bringing this world and its characters to life. We're excited to share that Moss: The Forgotten Relic will launch on July 16, 2026.We revealed the release date during IGN Live alongside a brand-new gameplay trailer that highlights more of the reimagined camera work and gameplay. Why We Are Making This Game For a long time, we’ve wanted more people to have the chance to experience Quill’s story. Over the years, many players connected with Quill, were drawn to her world, and expressed a desire to experience the adventure for themselves, but for a number of various reasons were unable to play in VR. Bringing Moss: The Forgotten Relic to PC and consoles is our way of finally opening that door, and we are looking forward to welcoming all the new players about to embark on their own journey with Quill for the first time.
