I hope you're enjoying the game.Today I've released a new update that adds a highly requested feature along with several bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.New FeatureRun Save Progress AddedYou can now leave a run while you're in the shop, and your progress will be saved at that shop. When you return, you'll be able to continue from where you left off.Please note that leaving the game in any other way (such as ALT+F4) will not save your current run. If you want to continue later, make sure to leave while in the shop using the Leave Run button (under the Respawn pieces button).Additionally, during a round you can now use the Give Up button to abandon the run. This button is disabled while the shop is open.Changes & FixesReduced the text length for several quests. Some players felt that certain quest descriptions were too long, so they have been simplified and made easier to read.In Boss Rush mode, after defeating the 5th boss of a group, when the shop will open, now will display the next 5 upcoming bosses.Fixed an issue where hovering over the 5th boss or quests sometimes did not display their informa

Thanks for all the feedback and support since launch! This update includes bug fixes, balance adjustments, and quality-of-life improvements aimed at making Shattered Chess a smoother and more enjoyable experience. Here are the changes: * Reduced the combo score by 5 when you upgrade a combo piece (rook from 10 to 5, bishop from 15 to 10, knight from 20 to 15 and pawn from 25 to 20). * Fixed the New Targets passive. * Fixed the Last Moves passive. The game will no longer enter the defeat outro when gaining moves from passives after using your last move. * Fixed the Stop Video Background setting. The blue background in the main menu will no longer appear when this setting is enabled. * Reworked the Pawn's Privilege passive. It now grants a bonus every 4th pawn capture, depending on whether the capture was made directly forward or directly backward. * Fixed an interaction between the King Curse passive and the Shuffle Fate boss. Enemy pieces are now respawned only after King Curse finishes its animation. * Added visual and sound effects for the Powerless Penalty boss. * Added collection notifications for each rarity tab. * Added a confirmation panel when attempting to leave a run
