Thanks to everyone that purchased APGTMYM so far! It has been so fun to watch players try and conquer the full game! This first post-release update is focused on addressing the difficulty curve of the game. Although APGTMYM is supposed to be hard, I want to try and make it more approachable, especially when checkpoints are not used. Here are the updates:Up NudgeA new type of nudge has been added! Now in addition to nudging the ball left and right, you can also nudge the ball up. This should hopefully provide better ball control and make jumps more consistent. You can up nudge with "W" or "Up Arrow" on a keyboard, or "Left Stick Up" on controllers. False Hope ChangesSince False Hope is the first world of the game, it probably shouldn't be quite so punishing. The first climb has been adjusted to add more flippers. Players also reported the balancing section was particularly frustrating. I have increased the size of the balance flippers to help make this section more consistent. Great news everyone! I can officially reveal that A Pinball Game That Makes You Mad will launch on PC on… November 18th! (see, I told you it’d be out soon)The launch will come with full Steam Deck + controller support. As for the runtime… well, that depends on you. We had some folks beat our demo in less than an hour. For most players it took a little longer ;) I’ll see you again soon! Until then, stay mad!!
