While some of these features are still being polished, we wanted to give you a closer look at what's coming next for Rest Area Simulator.New EmployeesThe Technician will help prevent equipment breakdowns once unlocked at higher levels, reducing maintenance costs and helping you keep your business running more efficiently.The Marketing Manager focuses on attracting more customers to your business. More experienced Marketing Managers can attract a greater number of customers to your rest area.The Trend Analyst studies tomorrow's market and predicts which products are likely to become trending. While their forecasts won't always be perfect, more experienced Trend Analysts provide more accurate predictions.Office BuildingAs your business grows, so does your workforce. That's why we're introducing the brand-new Office Building; a dedicated workplace where all of your office employees are gathered under one roof, giving your rest area a more complete and immersive management experience. With this update, we've focused on expanding the new Phase 1 event system, improving broken product mechanics, and delivering various quality-of-life and atmosphere improvements.📅 Calendar System & New Events• Added the new Calendar system • Events are no longer limited to random occurrences. Fixed calendar events can now take place on specific days each month. • Calendar events increase the number of customers visiting your rest area on the corresponding day • The calendar can be found attached to the back storage room door in the Gas Station Market • Day 4 – Travellers Day • Day 10 – Adventure Day • Day 13 – Aurora Day (sometimes accompanied by a Meteor Shower) • Day 19 – Highway Friday • Day 23 – Oriseus Festival • Day 28 – Road Trip Festival • Added two new random events: • Highway Truck Accident • Meteor Shower • Both events are positive and increase customer traffic to your rest area🔧 Broken Products & Service Reputation• Broken products now affect Service Reputation • Expanded the broken products system across multiple businesses and upgrade systems Broken products can now occur on: Gas Station Market: • Entrance Door • Refrigerator • Comfort System • CCTV Syste

🧹 Cleaning System• Trash spawn rate reduced by 30%👨‍💼 Employees & Management• Added health insurance for employees • You can now provide health insurance to employees with a one-time payment, reducing their chance of getting sick by around 70% • Increased the number of employees offered by the employee agency at the start of each day by 2.5x❤️ Thanks for all your feedback and support.
