Since many players don’t read notes, key objectives are now displayed on the main screen for better guidance.Some corridors on the second floor have been removed to reduce confusion.Noise inside wardrobes has been reduced.Players will now be notified when they pick up a note about a monster.The Under Stairs area can now be accessed earlier in the game by lockpicking.The Tab key no longer toggles the chat.Added an explanation about voodoo dolls in one of the notes.The Generator Room Key can now be found in the basement.Fixed an issue where remaining lives didn’t appear after revival.Fixed the rotation of the Basement Door. LockYourDoor UPDATE The Maid monster can now be temporarily stopped by using a cross. Only one cross will buy you enough time to escape. The Maid monster's hearing range has been nerfed.Flashlight toggling now makes significantly less noise.Room keys have been placed in more accessible locations.More rooms now have carpets; crouch-walking produces almost no noise.The walkie-talkies at the beginning of the game are now highlighted.The note explaining the first monster has been added much earlier in the game.
