Hello everyone!Let's get straight to all the new stuff. 😋Unit Visuals 💂This update adds maybe one of most notable changes to frontlines. You can now add some extra flair to your wars by displaying a line of units across active battle lines. These frontlines will also be reinforced from the nearest core or capital.Note that these units don't have actual health of combat stats, they are just visual (at least for now).Sorry for the very compressed gifs, they look a lot smoother in game 😄You have some options to configure how exactly you want the units to appear. Edit these from the bottom-left-corner gear icon. You can make a thick and snappy line of units, or a more slowly moving and scattered bunch. The choice is yours, make sure to do some experimentation.This feature was originally part of a mod for the game but it (and the next one) was so good that me and the mod creator agreed I should implement the core mechanic to the base game.Flag Wave 💨🏁Flags now look even cooler by having a wavy animation and a shadow behind it. Hey everyone!This update mainly focuses on the Flag tools, and should make painting them easier. The biggest change is for the line tool, which can now go in any direction, as opposed to just straight horizontally and vertically.To draw a line: Hold shift, and click and hold on the initial position and drag towards the end point. Then let go to accept the current line.Circle tool has also been improved in a way where it now shows a preview of the circle when you hold down Alt. In addition the shape of circles has also been improved, so hopefully they now look smoother!In addition, some new colours, patterns and icons have been added to the Random Flag options.For maps with lots of occupied territory, you can now Right Click on an occupation at it will select its rightful owner.
