MPEG modes updated. 480p and 540p replaced with Long Play (LP) and Extended Play (EP). Compression is less harsh now. MPEG now adjusts the VHS filter automatically so it doesn’t get overly intense. VHS 2 reworked and set as default. It’s closer to the original VHS effect from earlier versions of Disminal. The previous version introduced in 1.3 was causing crashes on some AMD GPUs near the Poolrooms Dark area. This should now be fixed. The older VHS variant may return later once it’s more stable and fully tested.

Hey everyone, new achievements just got added.Including hidden ones. These won’t unlock automatically if you’ve already reached the ending. There are 29 in total right now, and I’ll keep adding more with major updates, likely starting again in May. I’m still working on bugs, performance, filters, and general quality of life while also pushing toward the Android release. There’s currently a problematic bug in the Poolrooms section, specifically in the arch wall areas I call the mid sections. I can’t reproduce the crash on my machine, but on lower spec PCs or laptops it’s very likely to happen. I’m working on a fix now, it should be resolved within the next few hours, worst case by tomorrow.
