We’re also taking a quick look at what else is in store for Rogue Shift at the end of the patch notes. Console players, you know the drill. Patch 2 will hit your platform as soon as each platform-specific version is approved by their respective platform holder. Stay tuned to our socials, as we’ll announce when each build has been approved and is rolling out to players. Challenge Mode Have you beaten the Campaign? Think you’re hot stuff? Prove yourself with the 6 new Challenges, each twisting the rules and spicing up the gameplay in different ways. Some examples include The Long Road (which turns all Death Races into Elite Races), Infected! (heavier, deadlier, and more numerous Wasted), Expiry Date (free Restocks and cheaper items, but Perks expire after a few Events!), and Expert Handling (more realistic simulation of surface friction). If you’ve been waiting to pick up Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, now’s the time. Not only have we recently added the Grosso – a new, free vehicle – we also improved handling, and added a Bonnet Cam for those that like to see their roadkill before car go bump. We also have another patch coming in early April, which will include Challenge Mode, Steering Wheel support and more! We’ll share more information about these features as we get closer to releasing the patch.

New Free Vehicle: GrossoAs a token of our gratitude for clearing out 50 million Wasted, we stole this sweet AWD ride from the Enforcers. The Grosso’s innate perk is Lock Jammer, which gives the player a longer immunity window to Weapon Lock after evading with a Boost or a Sidebash. To unlock the new car, simply update the game and the Grosso should already be added to your garage. Bonnet CamNow you can really stare into the dead eyes of the Wasted as you run them over!
