Friend Slop

2.1 is out! The Slop King moved in. He runs the main menu now, roasts you mid fight, drops a daily Decree, and waits at the end of endless loop 3 if you think you can take him. Beat the final boss and you can keep going into Act 4, The Comment Section. 6 more floors and a boss called THE TOP COMMENT. Every class has its own resource now (Charm, Grindset, Bulk, Despair) plus new cards to go with it. There are also duo fights, 20+ new enemies and 28 new cards. New stuff to mess with: snacks, Followers, crew collabs, Livestream and Ghost Duel nodes, sponsors and brand deals. Every run also starts with a patch notes pick. New modes: Boss Rush, a weekly Speedrun board, Custom Runs and Ascension 11 to 15. Friends can vote on your picks with Bad Advice, curse you back with Revenge, and everyone chips away at the same Slop King in the Weekly Raid. The soundtrack went from 8 songs to 27, and the game is now in 9 languages. If a translation reads weird, tell me in the discussions. this completes most of what I had planned for 2.0 still figuring out steamdeck and controller support but they should be coming soon! FRIEND SLOP v2.0: RISE OF THE GOONThis one's huge. I rebuilt a lot of the game over the past month and kept adding stuff, so here's all of it. This is just a small taste of what’s to come in the next week or two! I’ve been grinding! NEW CLASS: THE DOOMER Hoodie, beanie, headphones, and a rain cloud that follows him around. The Doomer pays HP for everything and gets scarier the closer he is to dying. He's got 11 cards of his own:Nothing Matters hits hard and costs you 3 HP.Sad Vibes trades HP for energy.Rock Bottom does more damage the more HP you're missing.Embrace the Void gives you strength every turn while it slowly kills you.Midnight Thoughts turns every bit of HP you spend into strength.Doom Loop heals you for half the damage it deals, so you can actually stay alive.Bedrot blocks more when you're low.He starts with the Doomer Beanie (+3 attack damage below half HP) and has his own divine card, Mastery 5 boon, and win achievement. Have fun being miserable.EVERYTHING IS DRAWN NOW No more three letters in a box. All 52 enemies, every boss, and all four classes have real art that blinks, talks, and idles. Hey, a member of the community pointed out a menu bug i had overlooked, should be fixed now!

Realized a bunch of errors I made with the actual cards and the way their mechanics functioned/scaled so I tweaked them. Weekly Leaderboard was seemingly picking up every run but now it should only be for the weekly runs. Fixed an issue with Strength continually scaling when it wasnt meant to. Fixed an issue with Relics not appearing how they should, as well as cards sometimes glitching to show different damage amounts. Fix with the shop and profiles as well!
