Your backpack is more than inventory. It determines your starting combat cards, which means every choice you make in the dungeon directly affects how the next fight begins. Battles are played around a shared draw pile used by everyone in the encounter, creating constant tension, sudden reversals, and explosive outcomes.
Attack cards pressure your target with extra turns. Reflect cards send danger back where it came from. Skip cards help you escape relentless pressure. Defuse cards are your only protection when bombs appear. Rare missile cards can force an enemy into immediate danger and completely cha
