Hello everyone!We’re incredibly happy that Sort of Magic is finally out and that so many of you have already started exploring and sorting your way through the first rooms, both alone and with friends. We hope you’ve been enjoying your time at the school of magic!However, we also know that some of you have encountered bugs, including issues that significantly affected your experience. We’re truly sorry about that.Releasing the game doesn’t mean we’re finished working on it. We want Sort of Magic to be a fun and satisfying experience for everyone, so we’ll continue fixing bugs, making improvements, and updating the game.This is our first game release, and while that doesn’t excuse the issues, we’re committed to making the game as good as it can be. Our developer is actively reviewing your reports and working hard to resolve the problems you’ve encountered, especially those preventing you from progressing or playing properly.Help us improve Sort of MagicIf you encounter a bug, please join our Discord server and report it there. New Camera Height setting - New slider in Gameplay settings to raise your point of view. Fixed a game-breaking bug where loading a save could spawn you above the ceiling. Settings no longer reset themselves between sessions. Resolution no longer changes on its own after reloading the game. Render Scale no longer defaults to 0 (which made the game look blurry). FPS Limit now shows "Unlimited" instead of "0" when uncapped, and has a minimum of 25 fps. Removed the Apply button in Video settings to opt for using the save button instead. Scroll boxes in Video / Gameplay / Accessibility pages are now scroll wheel friendly. Thank you all for the reports! They help tremendously.
