Small fixes made to improve players multiplayer experiences if they have a weak internet or poor connection to the server. Hosts will now be prompted in game if there is a guest with a better connection to the server and will be given the option to promote them to lobby lead. (All players will benefit if the host of the lobby is the one with the strongest internet/connection to server).

Bullet mode fix, some users in a 1v1 were getting the 'You're the SHED" pop up after running out of time. They will now get the "Out of time" pop up.(Bullet mode is a race against time. Before you reach your face-up cards you have 5 seconds to play your cards. This is cut to 3 seconds in the end game. Don't forget you can double click to select multiple cards of the same rank!) Multiplayer Fixed an issue that prevented guests from seeing the countdown in multiplayer bullet mode.
