Hi everyone, I'm very happy to announce the Open The Gate: Just A Little the demo version is joining Steam Next Fest and having players right now.Although there are some bugs still going on and on, I'm trying my best to fix them all so players don't get stuck anywhere, if you see any problem please don't hesitate to a open a discussion post first, if I failed you to follow your feedback in these post then feel free to leave a negative review :DThis new patch has just dropped with some major bugfixes and a new feature for Streamers: Twitch Integration!Streamers on Twitch can sign to their account from the Home screen to enable viewers joining the battle as ally units or enemies, and even as the bosses:"!join \ ". This is a title decoration only and has no impact to the game. But the second feature: Viewers can toss coins with command:"!toss" to drop a random amount of gold on the bridge to support our Streamer!If you think there are more command to interact with the game could be fun, please don't hesitate to tell us! Hey everyone, finally we have been able to polish the game to the point we feel satisfy with the overall gaming experience!Controller Support: In this big update we bring the full support for Gamepad (Xbox or Playstation Controllers) and even to control the game with your keyboard only! It cost us a lot of time to adjust the UI/UX flows and rewrite almost everything for the unit control. We hope this will bring the game to the broader audience like...me personally like to sit back with a controller, it feel very comfortable!Demo Levels Updated: While the full version is still in play-testing and A LOT of adjustments/updates. We spent sometimes playtesting the demo version that we believe it is at the point not being too hard or too easy for general players. Hi everyone, it's been a while and we're still taking feedback from playtesters (The playtest is still opening for testing and we're inviting people slowly). Because of each game update the gameplay is changing very quick for just a tiny configuration, it takes us so much time and resource for testing. And a good news is we finally reached the point where unlocking new units with the combination of upgrades are just right. Either you get stronger units or better upgrade in order to win the next level!Here are the features we're going to push soon:Visual Upgrade: We remember the last 2 or 3 updates ago we already done this, but we just didn't feel enough. Please look at the before/after pictures at the end of this post because it's just too big! And let us know what you think!Gamepad Support: We enjoy playing game from the couch (if we had one couch), this feature cost a lot of time to implement and to figure out which is the best way to implement it.
