It’s been a month since Hell Forge officially launched. The forge stays warm, but not as hot as it was at the beginning.So - What’s next, for both of us?I’ve been working on my next project: Ego Lifting Simulator. Think “Human Fall Flat” for gym rats! If simulator games are your thing, a wishlist would be the single best way to support indie dev starting a new journey.As my debut game, Hell Forge means more to me than I can put into words. I poured my heart and soul into it, and while there’s so much I’d do better with what I know now, every lesson from Hell Forge is going straight into what I build next.I’ll keep fixing critical bugs and staying active in the community — but new content update will be on pause while I focus on the next project. Hell Forge isn’t going anywhere, though the forge just needs to cool for a bit.Thank you so much for everything. See you in the gym.

The following issues have been fixed in this patch.Fully Upgraded Equipment Bug Before: Clicking a fully upgraded piece of equipment (all 3 options at level 3) at the Dwarf's Forge caused a UI bug that made the game unplayable. After: Fully upgraded equipment no longer appears in the Dwarf's Forge. If all equipment in your possession is fully upgraded, the Dwarf's Forge becomes unavailable.Quest Bug Fixed a bug where the "Attempt 3 Forges" quest was not counting failed forge attempts.

Hell Forge has been out for a week now, and we've been keeping a close eye on your feedback. The game is not yet perfect, but we are working hard to make every run feels better.🏗️ This Patch improved how structures spawn!Before: Each structure spawns independently -- basically its own dice roll with fixed odds. That means depending on your luck -- you could run an entire run barely seeing structure you needed. For a game where actively shaping your build is the whole point, we knew this was a critical problem.After: Structure no longer spawn independently. Inspired by the Tetris's 7 bag system, we've reworked the logic to make sure the structure distribution stays consistent across every session. But that's not all—we are giving you brand new ways to earn the souls you need to craft your perfect run.Here is what is LIVE in Hell Forge right now:👣 New Weapon: The Cursed FootstepStop running away from the demons. Make them run from you.The Base Weapon: Leaves a toxic trail of miasma in your wake, punishing anything foolish enough to follow you.The Evolution (Paranoia): When pushed to its limit in the Hell Forge, the Cursed Footstep gains the Terrify effect. Enemies caught in its aura will literally break formation and flee in panic. Use it to create escape routes or herd enemies like sheep.🗿 New Interactive Structure: Quest StatuesWe want to reward players who explore the map.The Mechanic: Between the 0 and 12-minute marks, ancient Quest Statues will emerge from the ground.The Challenge: Approach a statue to receive a specific in-run objective.The Reward: Complete it, and you will be showered with Souls.
