Hi everyone! We want to thank everyone for playing Chipmatic. We're a team of two, so it has been a chaotic week full of bug-fixes and a lot of work. We feel the game is now in a good state for its first proper balance update.We've been reading all the feedback (and it was a LOT). Other than the already fixed bugs, it mostly revolves around late-game balancing. The game should be about automation, but also mining. The drill broke that gameplay loop in the late-game, so we've made a couple changes that should make mining a more appealing activity in the later tiers.We've also caught up to some of the less critical bugs you guys reported, and some of those fixes are included in this patch as well.As always, please report any issues or feedback via the Steam Discussions and Discord. We read absolutely everything and it helps shape the game in the future.Here are the patch notes:Re-balanced the drill so all ores take 60 seconds to mine. Ore quantity has also been adjusted to account for this, so the only noticeable change is that you no longer have to babysit the drill if you set it up to mine low-tier materials like coal or iron.
