Dear Therapists,I wanted to write this post to inform you on the upcoming updates to Therapy Simulator. I also wanted to apologize for not being very active with the updates since January. It's been a busy transitionary period in my life since I released the game and I haven't been able to keep you updated as I would have wanted.I'm happy to say now that I will be able to work on the promised updates in June. I truly hope 2025 has been great for you too, and that 2026 will be an even better year. ✨💵 Dynamic Session FeesThe session fee is no longer a flat $200. Now, your session fee is modified based on your experience, employees, office animals, how clean your office is, and whether you pay your employees or not. You can see the current session fee on the whiteboard right next to your computer.🗑️ Clean Your OfficeYour office now gets dirty! First Post-Release Update

Dear Therapists,Here I am with the very first update post-release. I've actually updated the build a few times for small bug fixes but have not made an announcement for them, so here is a single post that sums up the last week.🔧 Updates and Fixes✅ Added a new employee: the marketing manager, they increase the patient inflow to your office✅ Added options for fullscreen, borderless and windowed mode✅ Replaced some of the icons in the computer with in-game photos✅ Fixed the issue where the player gets stuck because of the doggo✅ Fixed some localization issues with day abbreviations✅ Added a new Twitch functionality where the chat can join the game as patients✅ And numerous other small bug fixesI'm looking to add a few more employees now and office customization ASAP. I will also add the ability to speak with your employees instead of just greeting them. After these updates, I will be adding repeating patients and the hangout lounge right across the waiting room.Have fun! ✨
