Hey everyone, We’ve just soft-launched patch 1.5.0.17 via our public beta branch. You can access this version of Tormented Souls 2 as follows: Right click on the Tormented Souls 2 app in your Steam library and select ‘properties’. Click ‘Game versions & betas’ from the sidebar and select the ‘public beta’ from the list of game versions. Click ‘Installed files’ from the sidebar and click ‘verify integrity of game files’. Your game should now automatically update! This new patch includes two new languages, more settings and controller options, plus minor bug fixes. If you encounter any issues while playing this version, please leave a comment on this post. We’ll continue to test the patch ourselves, and all being well, will role it out to all players in the coming weeks. See below for the full changelog: New languages Added Turkish language support. Hi everyone, Just a quick update to share today as we've just pushed patch 1.5.0.11 live. This patch was created in response to an issue we discovered in the last patch whereby lighting and cutscene quality had been unintentionally reduced. Thank you to the community members who flagged this and apologies for the inconvenience caused. We've also included a few bugfixes for the Dr. Hertz fight that were still being reported, see below for the full changelog: Lighting & cutscene quality fixed. Re-enabled Fullscreen for certain monitor sizes. Fixed issue where weapons did not work during Dr. Hertz boss fight. Fixed issue where Dr. Hertz minions fell through the floor during boss fight. See below for the full list of changes: General bugfixes Players cannot interact with the Church mirror after completing the puzzle and must move away and then return. Shotgun icon changes number of barrels when using weapon shortcuts. Flashlight spins without input when examining in the inventory. Game crashes when entering Classroom 103. Fatal Error crash while the game is paused in the background. Type C controller will stay on screen. Player is unable to upscale to 2k. Credits alignment issue on ultrawide resolution. New Game Plus specific bugfixes Laser eye unlocked with 10 batteries. The Laser Eye weapon isn’t available in the Workshop on subsequent NG+ runs. Laser Eye aim does not go straight when used against Nautilus. Laser Eye aims to the upper level of the mall instead of a nearby enemy. Laser Eye does not work on Dr Hertz at certain angles. Flamethrower aims to the side even when the target is straight ahead. Achievements and trophies fixes Not all achievements unlock during gameplay.
