All players who log in to the game during the event period will be granted the Parched Mask as a free reward.   As part of the celebrations, access to the Warlords of New York expansion will be free for all players for the duration of the event.   Event participation will require a character level of 40 and completion of the Warlords of New York campaign. DUST STORMS New York is experiencing turbulent dust storms, obscuring target visibility and ramping up the tension, heightening the risk of hidden enemies. There are two variations of the storm effects: Calm Dust Storm The default weather system upon loading into the New York map, obscuring sightlines and keeping you on your toes.
