The following issues have been fixed:I. Xbox-Related Issues1. Fixed an issue where Xbox recharges did not arrive. Issues with Xbox purchase and gift pack/bundle redemption have now been resolved. After Metas sign in again, the corresponding paid content will be automatically added to their account.2. Fixed an issue where Xbox PC users could not sign in.3. Fixed an issue where the hive and friends list disappeared after Xbox cross-platform sign-in (e.g., signing in on console first and then switching to PC to sign in).4. Fixed an issue where players were unable to add friends on Xbox and received the message showing "Blocked".II. Other Console Issues1. Fixed an issue where console pre-order bundles did not arrive. Some console players experienced delays in receiving their pre-order bundles. The delayed arrival issue has now been resolved. If you have not received yours yet, please wait patiently and check your in-game mailbox within today to confirm whether it has arrived. If it still has not arrived, please contact us through customer service channels.2. Fixed an issue where Worldstones disappeared during the beginner tutorial.

Dear Metas,The server maintenance and update is planned for August 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM (PT) and expected to last about 2 hours (actual server opening time may differ). Please manage your time wisely. The update size is approximately 22.38 GB on PC launchers, 119 MB on the PC client (NOTE: If the update is delayed on Steam, it may be downloaded more than once), 677 MB on Android, and 685 MB on iOS (actual size may differ). Lightforge Loot Crate Rules (Updated) When a Lightforge Loot Crate is available, you can spend Lightforge Ingots to open it. Each Lightforge Loot Crate is guaranteed to yield a cosmetic or Lightforge Gem. Cosmetics obtained can be shared between all characters on the account. 1. Lightforge Loot Crates are available for a limited time and will be removed after this period ends. However, they may return in the future. Unused Lightforge Ingots, Lightforge Relics, and Lightforge Gems will remain available in your account and can be used to open other Lightforge Loot Crates. 2. Opening a Lightforge Loot Crate costs 1 Lightforge Ingot, valued at 160 Crystgin. The first 10 Lightforge Ingot purchases will be at half price. Each opening grants a Lightforge Gem or cosmetic reward based on probability. The maximum number of openings is 9,999, after which the current Lightforge Loot Crate cannot be opened further. 3. Lightforge Loot Crates (launched in 2025 and after) now add the new token Lightforge Gems with special guarantee rules: a) One Lightforge Gem is guaranteed every 20 openings. b) When you draw a Lightforge Gem, the opening count for the guarantee will be reset.
