Hello racers!When we closed the Kings of the Ring survey and sat down with the numbers, the message was unmistakable: we have work to do.Compared to our previous update, our recommendation rate dropped from 73% down to 58%, while dissatisfaction rose to roughly 40%. Those are tough numbers to look at, but they are the honest reality of where this update landed. At the same time, something else stood out: over 70% of you took the time to write out detailed, thoughtful feedback. The main cause of friction was the visual fidelity of the game on consoles.In game development, the worst possible outcome after an update is silence. Silence means people simply closed the game, walked away, and stopped caring. The fact that seven out of ten of you sat down at your keyboards to write multiple paragraphs dissecting console visuals, lobby limits, and wheel settings tells us something very different. Rather than promising perfection, our focus for this release is establishing a more reliable baseline. We have worked to eliminate erratic line changes, sudden braking on straights, and unprovoked contact. AI development remains an ongoing, iterative process that will continue well beyond this milestone, but this update represents a practical step towards our design target of smart racing and zero stupidity.
