Hi everyone! New patch for The Perfect Pencil, timed with our first discount ever! The main change of the new patch is the reworked fast travel system. We’ve made the Teleport Room smaller, following your feedback! Complete changelogs: • The Teleport Room is smaller and faster to navigate into. • Fix to prevent players from being stuck interacting with the "Bubble" and the "Altar". • Various minor bug fixing. We are currently investigating an issue that causes the game to stutter for some players at high framerates. :) I want to use this space to address the state of the Nintendo Switch version too: we have encountered issues while adding features to the Switch version of the game. We have fixed everything, and the Switch patch with all the Steam additions of the past month have been submitted to Nintendo and il will be released in the next few days, depending on Nintendo approval. Hi everyone! In our effort to keep improving The Perfect Pencil, today we are releasing a new patch with a highly requested feature: map markers! Here are the complete changes for this patch: New features: Added Map Markers Gameplay Changes: Improved the Platform ability Removed the downward attack on the Flower ability (which caused a pogo effect) Bug Fixes: Fixed a progression blocker at the end of the Judge Clement boss fight Reduced combat camera shake when hitting enemies What to expect in the next patch? Hi everyone! Following your feedback on the Steam community, we have addressed several issues, added new accessibility and gameplay options, and tuned the combat to feel more reactive. Here are the complete changes for this patch: New Customization Settings: Infinite Pogo Jump: downward attacks can now be limitless. Screen Shake: can now be disabled. Added Display Modes. Gameplay Changes: Enhanced John’s base attack for smoother hits. Bug Fixes: Fixed a soft lock on startup when a secondary monitor is detected. Minor audio and volume fixes.
