Hey everyone! We have a new major update for Gibbon: Beyond the Trees.We really liked our Daily Runs and you seem to do so, too. Thanks for playing them so frequently! With this new update we are building on the foundation of Dailies and are introducing two more competitive modes. Challenge your friends in Daily Runs, but now also in Sprints and Endurance Runs! The two new modes let you race your friends to see who has the best swinging skills in the jungle! 🏆Sprints Compete in quick, intense races over 800m to see who can swing to the goal line the fastest. Retry and optimize your route as often as you like to improve your times and climb the leaderboard. Similarly to Daily Runs these refresh each day.Endurance You'll need good stamina for this one. In this weekly renewing race over 7000m, concentration and consistency are key to success. Daily Run Leaderboard Hotfix 1.9.3

The last update broke leaderboard creation for Daily Runs, which caused them to appear empty for everyone. Since the run results are stored locally for a week, they can still be uploaded with this update. Just start the game and enter the Daily Run menu. Your runs from the last few days should appear on the leaderboards as usual. If you don't see them immediately, just wait for a while, go back to the main menu and re-open the Daily Run section. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks a lot for the continued interest in Daily Runs everyone!

Improved Liberation mode and final polish round incoming!

Hey everyone! We gathered the team one more time and fine-tuned all the minor aspects we were itching to make better. We also added one major feature for Liberation Mode. It was a pleasure to dive back into Gibbon with our wonderful team. We hope you enjoy this update as much as we enjoyed putting it together! Escape the new hawk-eagle: Predator Approaching! Can you escape the new bird of prey that hunts Lilac? Stay alert: The hawk-eagle now appears during Liberation mode and can kill our gibbons! Take a break in our gibbon's family tree to celebrate whenever you free 10 animals. This improves the overall rhythm of longer runs in Liberation mode.
