Hello Hunters,We’ve just pushed a small hotfix focused on performance and a couple of quality-of-life improvements, especially for laptop players and gamepad users.PerformanceLaptops should now correctly detect and use the discrete graphics card automatically. This resolves the common issue of the game running poorly on systems with integrated graphics unless you forced the high-performance GPU through Windows settings. No more external fiddling required.Additional performance improvement: surface buffers for shaders are no longer constantly recreated when using non-integer resolution scaling.Fixes & QoLFixed a bug that caused overlapping icons.Sprinting now always works as toggle by default when using a gamepad.The sprint icon now only appears when sprint toggle is enabled.Known IssuesThe “Toggle Sprint” setting no longer affects gamepads. Toggle is now the default (and generally preferred) behaviour for controllers, so we expect this to have little to no impact for most players.Items can disappear when using the sort feature. Some of these changes are based directly on your feedback, others are things we’ve spotted ourselves, and a few are just those little annoyances that have been sitting on our list for a while.Smarter Ammo ManagementThis one sounds small on paper, but it should make life a lot easier in the middle of a firefight.We’re adding automatic ammunition switching. Right now, if you run out of one type of ammo you can sometimes end up frantically wondering why your gun refuses to reload, even though you’ve got another compatible type sitting in your inventory.With this update, if you’ve completely run out of your current ammunition, your weapon will automatically load another compatible round instead.
