Hey Runners!The September Update is coming, bringing new places to explore, novel threats to survive, another way to customize your runner, and more changes across Wreck Runners.Here’s a first look at some of what’s landing in the update.More to DiscoverThis is a big update with lots of new content. Highlights include new locations to discover, more underwater gameplay, and new environmental hazards. In addition, Trustwell Lost Salvage will give crews another reason to explore beyond the most traveled areas.The update also adds Temples, an entirely new type of location to explore and salvage. Hey Runners,The Save Game Update is here, delivering one of the biggest community requests since launch: hosts can now keep up to 10 run saves and continue them later.Runs save automatically whenever the crew reaches the Store, preserving the current stage, Bank, and overall run progress. Progress made during a stage is secured only after the crew makes it back to the Store.Saves let you pause an ongoing run, but if the crew fails, that run and its save are gone.We have also expanded the tools available for dealing with disruptive players. Hosts can kick someone and prevent them from rejoining the current session. You can Avoid a player to mute them and keep them from joining games you host, or Report them directly to Disruptive Games through the Social Panel.The update also brings lower voice-chat latency, larger UI text, improved Steam Deck support, and a wide range of gameplay, balance, and bug fixes.This update came directly from player feedback. More requested features, improvements, and new content are already in development.
