July 8th, marks the release of Somber Echoes on Playstation and Xbox, but also a significant milestone in our post-release efforts. We would like to seize the opportunity to thank every single one of our players for your constructive feedback and encouraging words. Paying close attention to your feedback, we focused our efforts on addressing the most reported concerns in the update that was released on June 27th, and the one update that we are releasing today. We are also introducing some extra content that we hope will satisfy those among you that enjoy an extra challenge.As a reminder, the highlights of our previous patch are:District outlines, traveling between all rest shrines and an item locator feature to make finding your way around the Atromitos even easier.Improvements to lantern traversal and the Supernova ability that make exploration smoother and even more enjoyable. Map system updates:Powering up any of the Circe Chambers will reveal the outline of the entire district that the chamber is associated with.Added two new Circe Chambers one for the Cesspit and one for the Higher Residence district.An item locator feature has been added to the Circe Chambers functionality:To activate the feature you need to power up the Circe Chamber close to the end of the game.Once activated, the Item Locator will be available to all Circe Chambers.Each Circe Chamber reveals the location of Upgrade materials, Survivors, Nyx Fragments and Necklace Pieces within the district it belongs to.Locating an item through this feature incurs a fixed Favor cost per item.Fast Travel updates:Adrestia can now fast travel between any discovered shrines with the following condition:To fast travel to and from any shrine, you must have activated the Circe Chamber for both the origin and destination districts.Lantern traversal updates:The collision when exiting an Aether Lantern has been improved:This will result in less unwanted collisions with level corners and ledges when using the lantern to traverse the levels.The “grace period” and conditions for exiting the Supernova state has
