Hail and well met, all ye Deep Wooders! We're working hard on our new game, Echo Weaver, but in the meantime thought Wild was overdue for a lil love. If you're a longtime fan, probably nothing too juicy for ya here (but maybe you're due for a replay??). If you're new, welcome to the club! And we hope you find some fun in our little fantasy world. Added 16:10 screen support (i.e. full Steam Deck resolution support).Can no longer get Twiglings stuck behind shrooms early game in Undergrowth. (Added a tiny space before shrooms, so Twigling can be recalled back if stuck. And made very small restart times on gas, so Wake can't get through without using Twiglings the intended way.)Added QWERTZ keyboard support.Added PS5 controller support to input icons.Added additional input settings to help troubleshoot rare controller issues.Fixed rare issue where game could get stuck in a debug input mode, leading to all sorts of controller / input issues.Fixed Rubbish's "Recycle" overlay to not allow removing more items than allowed.Fixed magenta texture issues on Mac in Frostfields,Typo fixes.Patched for Unity security update.

Fixed long-standing bug where player can get more Spritelings than their cap. Safety net for rare bug where player can get to Frostfields Camp without a Shiverling. Now if this happens, you'll just be given a Shiverling. Fixed issue where Faeflies can still spawn in an area where a hive was destroyed. Hello forest friends, and long time no see! We've been hard at work on our new unannounced project, but in the meantime have compiled a chunky list of small fixes and improvements for Wild. Read on! - Fixed an issue where players could simply walk around the first two toxic mushrooms in the Undergrowth, fully dodging the Spriteling learning moment there. - Fixed an issue in Wispwagon where Spritelings could panic to the wrong side of a particular corruption group, leaving them stranded. - Improved the look and feel of hit shakes on attackables. - Fixed an issue in Settings menu where some players were accidentally toggling on a debug control scheme. - Added some safety nets to pregrown vines, to make sure they're definitely never not grown. - Attempted fix for a super rare unclimbable Undegrowth vines (or any pregrown vines?) issue. Possibly was only affecting low framerates? - Fixed a who-knows-how-long-it's-been-there issue where our hitstop was using the wrong time scale O_O Found while working on our new game! - Fixed issue where credits could sometimes scroll very fast. - Diagnosed and patched a bunch of NullReference errors that could lead to one-time crashes o

Hello dear players! We have another minor patch ready to deliver. This will likely be our last update for the foreseeable future. We will of course continue to hotfix any critical bugs that pop up, but otherwise it's time for us to move on.
